Q: Why can I not see my student’s packet for Enrollment?
This is because it was sent to the default parent (mother in most instances). Only one parent per household has access to the packet. Please contact the school Registrar at 561-623-2626 to change the packet preference.

Q: Do I pay the registration fee when I re-enroll?
Yes, you pay the required, non-refundable $1,200 registration fee (per child) when you enroll/re-enroll online as part of the last step in the submission process. New families are also required to pay a one-time $550.00 New Family Fee. New families will be invoiced the New Family Fee once the $1,200 registration fee has been submitted.

Q: How do parents/guardians receive instructions on how to create a FACTS Family Online account and access their student(s) online enrollment/ re-enrollment?

New Families:
You will receive a FACTS Family Online email which includes instructions on how to set up your FACTS Family Online account and complete online enrollment. This email will be sent to the custodial mother of each enrolled student(s).

Separated/Divorced Parents:
The financially responsible parent(s) will receive the enrollment/re-enrollment email. It is the responsibility of the parents to communicate with each other to complete the re-enrollment contract and both must provide an electronic signature.

Currently Enrolled Families:
The online re-enrollment instructions will be sent on Monday, December 3 by 5:00 p.m. to the email address of the parent/guardian that completed the previous enrollment packet. If you have any questions or require assistance completing your re-enrollment packet, please contact Diana Terry at 561-623-2626.

Q: How are re-enrollment contracts processed for students with divorced parents, remarriages, joint custody, or similar scenarios?
In families with divorces, remarriages, joint custody, or similar scenarios, each parent should create their own FACTS Family Online log-in account in order to complete the re-enrollment process. It is the responsibility of the parents to communicate with each other to complete the re-enrollment packet. Both parties must provide an electronic signature.

Q: Do both parents have to sign the online re-enrollment contract?
Yes, both parents are required to provide an electronic signature to complete the re-enrollment process (unless of other circumstances). If there are two packets because of split households, you can put N/A in the second signature box.

Q: I forgot my username and/or password. What do I do?
Please reset your password using FACTS Family Online. Click on the Forgot Username/Password link on the FACTS Family login screen. After submitting your request, please allow time for the email to arrive. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or call the school Registrar for additional assistance at 561-623-2626.

Q: I am trying to create a FACTS Family Online account but I am getting an error stating that I have invalid credentials. What do I need to do?
This error typically means that the school has a different email address in FACTS Family online. If this happens, please contact the school Registrar at 561-623-2626.

Q: I have more than one child enrolled at St. Mark’s. Can I enroll all of my children at one time?
